News from Keri
Josh has not uploaded meeting minutes with Mieko
Going to have them uploaded by Josh and inputted by Mieko
Added a manager timesheet document on google docs where she has inputted her time
Sales sheets updated
How should we record votes that were done via email?
Karen: current protocol currently states that if Keri’s question hasn't been answered within 24 hours she can make the decision
Do we need to have minutes recorded on these situations
Rose- if we want specific emails to be recorded on minutes then it needs to be explicitly noted on the email thread
Karen- decisions have been made about vendor applicants through email
Rose- I haven't taken any minutes about specific vendor applications

Vendor survey will be sent out and compiled prior to meeting
Board will have its own survey
Keri will also have a survey on self reflection
Lila- can we have a paper trail/ leave instructions for future boards on how to conduct manager reviews
