1. Getting everyone up to speed

   • Sharing documents 

2. Complaint against Alan 

   • Disrespectful email/written warning

3. Manager review

   • Follow up meetinging after Thanksgiving Mkt

4. No minutes to approve prior week or annual meeting minutes

5. Priorities for 2022

   • Indoor space for winter market next year

     • Future of Barr Hill

     • Any new spaces? 

   • Permanence at 133 State St

     • Governor's office communication? Anthony Pollina Bobby Starr 

     • Establishing better relationships with Ag Committee

     • Written agreement with Building and General Services for security

       • Year to year request form- make public

     • Permission for propane use at market

   • How to utilize savings 

     • Marketing/promotion? Permanent structures? Best use?

     • Non-profit status/ coop model- hire consultant 

       • Stowe Market hired someone could we hire same person

   • Union Mutual Insurance Building- vendors park there to make more space for customers to park across the street so they come through opening and get counted

     • Make request to them- Kerri?

     • Electricity conversation- permission for music

   • Special Meeting for Graduated Fee Schedule

     • Before applications go out in January

     • Discuss amongst board and take vendor poll?

   • Health Dept coupon for woman- purchase $500 worth

6. Review winter market applications next board meeting

   • About 25 applications- most are for full winter some just for Dec

   • Keep Thursday 7 am or change? Nov 18th next meeting
